Page management
You can manage the pages on your website from here.
This facility consists of the following elements:
Insert Page button
Click this button to open the Insert Page window where you create a new page and insert it into the site navigation. You must select an existing page in the list first to indicate where to insert the new page.
Page Settings button
Click this button to open the Page Settings window where you can edit the properties of the page, such as link text and editing permissions.
Move Up button
Click this button to move the selected page up one place in the list. Movement is only possible within the bounds of the page’s current level in the navigation.
Move Down button
Click this button to move the selected page down one place in the list. Movement is only possible within the bounds of the page’s current level in the navigation.
View Page button
Click this button to open the selected page in your web browser.
Delete button
Click this button to delete the selected page. You should only delete a page if you are absolutely sure that it is not linked from elsewhere on your website.
Enable/Disable Page
Next to each item in the page list is a small green/red button. When this is green it indicates that the page is active and visible within the site navigation. When it is red it indicates that the page has been hidden and is no longer accessible via your site navigation. Click this button to switch between the two.
When a new page is added it is initially disabled to allow you to add content before activating it.
Page list
The page list shows all of the pages on your website and these are indented to show the different levels of navigation.
The text shown in the list, for each page, is the link text that has been assigned to it. If the text begins with a # symbol then this means that the page will not appear in your site navigation bar but is accessible via some other means on your site (for example via a link in the site footer).
